Kaler

Kaler or Kler or Klare is a clan of Jats and Chamar found in northern areas of India such as Northern Punjab (more particularly Amritsar and Tarn Taran), the Meerut district in Uttar Pradesh and the Sikar district in Rajasthan, Bhiwani and Karnal district in Haryana. Balkara is a village in CH. Dadri of Bhiwani district known as Kalheran Ka Gaam (A village of Kalher's). In Pakistan they are based in district Gujrat, Gujranwala of Punjab. The most famous villages of Klares in Punjab are Tara Gadh, klare Sharif, Ucha Klare, Dhonkal and Nathu Klare. Kaler related to Chamar caste are mainly dominate in Doaba Region of Punjab
