Kalawao, Hawaii

Kalawao is an unincorporated town on the Kalaupapa Peninsula of the island of Molokai, in eastern Kalawao County, Hawaii, United States. It is the smaller of the two communities in Kalawao County, which was established as a leper colony separate from Maui County, which governs the rest of the island.[1]
