Kalan Wali is a city and a municipal committee in Sirsa district in the Indian state of Haryana.

As of 2001 India census[1], Kalan Wali had a population of 25,155. Males constitute 53% of the population and females 47%. Kalan Wali has an average literacy rate of 57%, lower than the national average of 59.5%: male literacy is 63%, and female literacy is 51%. In Kalan Wali, 13% of the population is under 6 years of age.
