Kalamandalam Krishnan Nair

Kalamandalam Krishnan Nair was one of the greatest Kathakali artist of modern times. His Gurus were Pattikkantodi Ravunni Menon, Guru Kunchu Kurup in Kathakali. He studied kathakali from Kalamandalam.

He had his higher studies on Rasa-abhinaya from the all time great Rasa-abhinaya maestro Guru Nātyāchārya Vidūshakaratnam Padma Shri Māni Mādhava Chākyār. He also studied Netrabhinaya under the great guru.

He is the receipent of so many awards including Padma Shri.
