Kalča is the biggest shoping center in Niš. The Kalča dominates the area and perfectly fits into the surroundings. Today's Niš is reflected in these glass surfaces connecting the old town and the new Niš which is to come.

The shopping centre covers the area of over 32.000 m² on the ground and two more floors. There are almost five hundred shops, many galleries, in-doors squares, passages, drives and stairs, all of them forming a modern ensemble. The glass facade is supported by pillars.
