The Kalidas Smarak (Memorial) is located in Ramtek, in the state of Maharashtra, India. It is thought to be the site where Kalidas wrote Meghadootam, one of his most famous works, during the Hindu month of Ashadh.[1] The interior of this small building contains a few paintings on Kalidas' works.
