Kaiser Shamsher Jang Bahadur Rana

Field Marshal H.H Sir Kaiser Shamsher Jang Bahadur Rana, GBE (8 January 1892-7 June 1964) was a field marshal in the Royal Nepalese Army. He was the third son of H.H Maharaja Sir Chandra Shamsher Jang Bahadur Rana, GCB, GCSI, GCMG, GCVO, Kaiser-i-Hind, the fifth Prime Minister of Nepal of the Rana dynasty, and the younger brother of H.H Maharaja Sir Mohan Shamsher Jang Bahadur Rana. He was the Nepalese Ambassador to the Court of St. James from 1947-1948, the Minister of Defense of Nepal from 1951-1955 and the Minister of Finance of Nepal from 1952-1953.
