Kaisei, Kanagawa

Kaisei (開成町 Kaisei-machi?) is a town located in Ashigarakami District, Kanagawa, Japan.
As of 2008, the town has an estimated population of 16,174 and a density of 2,216.46 persons per km². The total area is 6.56 km².
