The Kaiju Grand Championship is the only singles title defended in Kaiju Big Battel, an American performance entertainment troupe based in Boston, Massachusetts created by Rand Borden.

Midori No Kaiju is the first Kaiju Grand Champion, although it is unknown if he was awarded the championship or if he earned it by winning a tournament. Contrary to his obituary in Kaiju Big Battel: A Practical Guide to Giant City-Crushing Monsters which states he "(became) the Posse's second title holder," Midori No Kaiju actually lost the Kaiju Grand Championship to Dr. Cube before they were aligned.[1]

The current champion is Neo Teppen, who is in his first reign. He defeated Call-Me-Kevin & Dr. Cube in a three-way fighto for the title at The New & Improved Boston Massacre on May 10, 2008 in Boston, Massachusetts. He is the first Kaiju to hold both the Kaiju Grand Championship and the Kaiju Double Danger Tandem Championship simultaneously.
