Though this image is subject to copyright, its use is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

  1. It is a low-resolution copy of a CD album cover that is solely used for identification in the Wikipedia article for the CD, Yours Truly, Angry Mob.
  2. It does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the CD album in any way.
  3. Copies could not be used to make illegal copies of the album artwork on another CD.
  4. It is not replaceable with an uncopyrighted or freely copyrighted image of comparable educational value.
