hey mike, look up kahlan at the characters section(wizards first rule) and read the first paragraph about what i wrote about her. give me your full comment

"Her full, thick, lush, silky, and long dark brown hair complements the contours of her body." This seems rather excessive, even if drawn from the book.

[edit] Same thing as for Richard...

This article could do with some less detail about her pre-series life as well as appearance, and with a biography of her during the series. See also my comments on the talk page for Richard. Paul Willocx 13:05, 30 August 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Pronounciation?

Not for nothing, but maybe there could be just a brief note about the pronounciation of her name? I know Terry Goodkind hasn't really taken the stance that there's an "official" way to pronounce it, but I would be interested to know if there was a consensus. I started out saying "KAH-lahn", but my girlfriend thinks it's "KAY-len". Any thoughts? Dgcopter 17:28, 21 September 2006 (UTC)

In the recent interview video, he pronounces it the same way as your girlfriend. You can find it on YouTube if you search for "Terry Goodkind"

your girl is right. it is pronounced "Kay-len" i had to watch an interview by terry to find out for myself.

Goodkind stated himself there is no right way to pronounce the names of his character. I'm striking it from the article.

[edit] Wait... who?

This article is about someone who never lived! Richard is crazy! She was a delusion the whole time!

What.......Chainfire....Phantom.....i hope you are kidding She has turned into an unknown, unknown. the evidence of absense is not the absense of evidence. but we all know the the sisters of the dark, jagang, and richard all know she is real.

But if you read the series, you should know why so many people thought she was dead but she was actually spelled and was kept alive. But, unless you're talking about something else, I am perfectly aware that she is alive throughout the series. And please sign your username with the four tildes. Thank you and happy editing! [edit] Relocation

As part of the ongoing project to update and codify the SoT Wiki pages, I am looking into editing down this article and moving it into one page that has all characters. OptumusPatronus 02:52, 15 May 2007 (UTC)

Yes, I think that this article should be moved with the page that has all the characters but there is quite a bit of info on her so, maybe we could condense it? B4rr4g3 02:01, 16 May 2007 (UTC)
