Something's amiss in the description here, he wrote the poem in one forty-hour session which stretched all the way from 1957 to 1959? --Oolong 21:28, 10 July 2007 (UTC)

I have the City Lights edition and will check when I get home; perhaps the introduction gives some info. Please feel free to yell at me on my talk page if I forget to follow up. Postdlf 18:59, 29 August 2007 (UTC)
If it's the newer edition, it might not be the same. The original was about 4.5x4.5 inches and had a paper cover, as far as I know. My dad had a copy of that edition that I spilled coffee on a few years back, otherwise I'd check Coruscus 19:04, 29 August 2007 (UTC)
