Ka Keung Caejer Chan, or K C Chan (Traditional Chinese: 陳家強), is the Secretary for Financial Services and the Treasury in the Hong Kong Government. As such he is appointed as member of Executive Council (ExCo). Prior to joining the government on July 1st, 2007, he was the chair professor of finance and dean of the School of Business and Management of the HKUST. He graduated from Wesleyan University with honors in 1979, and attended University of Chicago for his PhD in Finance.
