On October 31, 1989 the FCC issued a construction permit bearing the call sign K68DL to Western Washington Corp. of The Seventh Day Adventists. In 1991 K68DL signed on the air as a 3ABN affiliate.

On March 23, 1993 K68DL was sold to the network itself.
