[edit] K. K. Beck=Kathrine not Katherine?

Hi there. I'm staring at the cover (here) of Opal: A Life of Enchantment, Mystery and Madness (ISBN 0670031453) which states the author's name as "Kathrine Beck", and the back flap blurb (here) (lest we're confusing her with someone else) says "Kathrine Beck is the author of sixteen novels, mostly mysteries. She is the mother of three grown children and is married to the English crime writer Michael Dibdin. They live in Seattle Washington." The copyright page also has this spelling. [1] I was assuming that was her real name, but perhaps it is another pen name? "Kathrine Beck" gets more hits on Google, incidentally. Katr67 03:12, 24 July 2006 (UTC)

Glad I could help. :) Katr67 06:18, 24 July 2006 (UTC)
