K.H. Muniyappa (born 7 March 1948) is a member of the 14th Lok Sabha of India. He represents the Kolar constituency of Karnataka and is a member of the Indian National Congress (INC) political party. He is also The Union Minister of State in the Ministry of Shipping, Road Transport and Highways. His party was sworn in on May 22, 2004. Mr. Muniyappa is a five time MP and he has represented Kolar five times in a row.
