K-rock

K-Rock is a popular radio format and branding which plays music generally in the realm of alternative rock, new rock and modern rock.

Among notable K-Rock branded stations:

K-rock is also a franchised format created by CBS Radio for the following stations:

  • KROQ-FM in Los Angeles, California
  • WXRK 92.3 K-Rock in New York City from 1985-2005 and 2007-present
  • WKRK-FM 92.3 K-Rock in Cleveland, Ohio (WXRK from 2006-2007)
  • WRKZ K-Rock in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (until February 2007)

K-Rock could also mean:
