Contents |
[edit] Plot
The video begins as soft music plays as a white car driving down a winding road then the camera goes to a view that shows most of the road, The car then just follows the road and it goes behind a huge tree blocking the car then the car stops there with the camera still following the road as if the car were there then a white and grey and slightly green zombie of some sort comes up with a high pitch scream then it fades to black saying their slogan then shows the drink bouncing at an heart beat then ends. Sometimes for Internet flash purposes instead of the slogan it read " now.... Go change your shorts and get back to work" this part was created in late 2006 because it was very well known by 2006.
[edit] Proceeded Ads
The "Classic Car" video was so popular in 2005 K-Fee then made more ads having a similar idea with car one. All of them started relaxing then a man popped up with the same scream as all, these new ones contained a different face than the car though it show a pale white goblin with blood dripping out of his mouth but in mid 2005 they saw the goblin was not "scary" enough so they tried the zombie and it was better some how. But still no one could top the scary car ad.
[edit] Creation
The car ad was made in late 1999 in Berlin, Germany. It was not filmed on a set it was outside of the K-Fee headquarters about 3 miles away in fact if you followed that road backwards it would lead you near. K-fee Inc. But anyway it was on a closed circuit road. The car is actually driving the wrong way and the road actually follows left. When the camera is following the car the zombie is right under the camera, his head is being held down by a staff member and while the staff member is holding his head down the zombie is pushing his head up for a faster effect. The man as the zombie is not wearing a shirt just shorts. The pants he was wearing were jeans not knowing what brand though. When his head came up the man had whiplash and so they cut the video watching it and saying it was acceptable.
[edit] Parodies
This can referred to a lot parodies regarding this video the most widely known one is the K-Fee lite where it starts as the original and instead of the zombie it shows a man in a Hawaiian shirt and calmly says "boo".
