K-32 is an approximately 35 mile state highway that runs from Lawrence to Kansas City in the U.S. state of Kansas. Its alignment has shifted since 1990, primarily in Kansas City, to replace the majority of the decommissioned K-132 roadway.

It was concurrent with US-40 in Kansas City for 3.5 miles, from K-132 (Turner Diagonal) to I-70. This ended when US-40 was realigned as a concurrency with I-70 when the Kansas Turnpike Authority stopped collecting toll for all traffic traveling the turnpike east of K-7.

Its western terminus is just outside of Lawrence at US-24/US-40 highways. Its eastern terminus is in Kansas City at US-69 highway. Before 1993, its eastern terminus was at I-670 in Kansas City.
