K-1 World Grand Prix 2007 in Hong Kong was a martial arts event held by the K-1 on August 5, 2007 at the AsiaWorld-Expo Arena in Hong Kong.
It was the third K-1 World Grand Prix qualifying tournament held in 2007, featuring classic eight-man elimination tournament format, to advance a fighter to this year's K-1 World GP Final Elimination in Seoul, Korea on September 29, 2007. The fight card also featured three Superfights.[1]

Opening Fights
Chak defeated Lim by three round majority decision (2-0).
Tsang defeated Lim at 3'00" of the 2 round by TKO.
Wong defeated Seluaraj at 1'33" of the 1 round by KO.
Tournament Reserve Fight
- Erhan Deniz def. Dong Wook Kim
Deniz defeated Kim at 0'23" of the 2 round by low kicks KO.
Tournament Quarter Finals
- Musashi def. Yong-Soo Park
Musashi defeated Park at 0'48" of the 2 round by left hook KO. Musashi caught two low kicks below the belt in 1 round, officials issued a yellow card and one-point deduction to Park and a five-minutes of recovery time to Musashi. Musashi could not recompose and the fight was resumed after the fourth quarterfinal.
Wang defeated Kim at 1'32" of the 2 round by low kicks KO.
- Yusuke Fujimoto def. Shin Hong Jian
Fujimoto defeated Jian by three round unanimous decision (3-0).
Kin defeated Sentoryu at 1'43" in the 1 round by high kick KO.
Super Fight
- Peter Aerts def. Nicholas Pettas
Aerts defeated Pettas at 2'34" in the 2 round by right high kick KO.
Tournament Semifinals
- Taiei Kin def. Yusuke Fujimoto
Kin defeated Fujimoto at 1'59" in the 2 round by knee KO.
- Musashi def. Wang Qiang
Musashi defeated Wang at 2'00" in the 2 round. Wang put Musashi down by low knee strikes. Musashi's corner threw the towel and after lengthy ringside consultations, it was announced that Qiang would be penalized for a low blow, therefore the towel-throwing was voided. Musashi was given an extended period of time to recover, but could not. Wang had left the ring and so had forfeited his win and Musashi was announced the winner.

- Badr Hari def. Peter Graham
Hari defeated Graham by three round unanimous decision (3-0).
Choi defeated Goodridge at 1'34" in the 1 round by knee KO.
Tournament Final
- Yusuke Fujimoto def. Wang Qiang
Fujimoto defeated Wang at 2'49" in the 1 round by straight punch KO. The K-1 Rules Committee announced that Musashi was unable to continue due his groin injury, and Kin as well could not continue due a facial injury, Officials set the final pairing Fujimoto vs Wang.
