Kōzu Station (国府津駅 Kōzu eki?) is a train station in Odawara, Kanagawa, Japan. It is located on the Tōkaidō Main Line and Gotemba Line.

- July 11, 1887 Opened simultaneously with opening of route between former Sakuragichō Station and this station. Passenger and freight services started.
- February 1, 1889 Route between this station and Shizuoka Station via Gotemba Station opened as a part of Tōkaidō Main Line.
- November 21, 1920 Atami Line (Kōzu Station - Odawara Station) opened.
- December 13, 1920 Route between Yokohama Station and Kōzu Station was electrified.
- December 1, 1934 With opening of Tanna Tunnel, route between Atami Station and Numazu Station opened with electrified double tracks, and route via Atami Station including Atami Line became Tōkaidō Main Line, and route via Gotemba Station became Gotemba Line.
- May 20, 1970 Freight services moved to newly-opened Seishō Freight Terminal.
- December 1970 The present station building was built.
- 1980: Kōzu Depot (国府津電車区) was built.
- March 14, 1985 Baggage-handling services discontinued.
- April 1, 1987 Along with Japanese National Railways' privatization and division, this station became a border station between JR Central and JR East.
- 2004: With renewal of systems, Kōzu Depot renamed Kōzu Rolling Stock Center (国府津車両センター).
