Kęstutis Smirnovas is Lithuanian mixed martial arts (MMA) fighter, currently fighting in HERO'S. He is also former RINGS, Shooto, ZST and PRIDE participant.
Smirnovas is an experienced grappler and submission artist, but often has limited success with striking, as is shown in his notable loss to Kazushi Sakuraba, where after 5 min of heavy blows from both fighters, an exhausted Smirnovas was forced into submitting due to an arm bar administered by Sakuraba.
