Kürşad Tüzmen (b Ankara 1958) is a Minister of State of Turkey responsible for foreign trade. He has been in this position since 2002.

He is a graduate in management from Middle East Technical University and was formerly a high-ranking civil servant in the ministry of foreign trade, who at one time led a trade mission to Saddam Hussein's Iraq.

He is married and has two children. He is a diver and a former champion swimmer, winning a race across the Bosphorus in 2004, in the 46-50 year-old category, and even now is occasionally photographed in swimwear.
