Kôhei Oguri

Kôhei Oguri (ja: 小栗康平) (born October 29, 1945) is a Japanese film director and screenwriter. He won the Grand Prize of the Jury at the Cannes Film Festival for his film The Sting of Death (1990). His film Muddy River (1981) was nominated for the Academy Award for Best Foreign Language Film.
