Hi, and welcome to the Military history WikiProject! As you may have guessed, we're a group of editors working to improve Wikipedia's coverage of topics related to military history.
A few features that you might find helpful:

[edit] Reliable sources
In a nutshell, reliable sources are those which a reader would go to to verify the claims made in an article. A reference on the Internet or a book, with its ISBN, are preferable. In general, we need more than one. The biggest problem is to avoid Original Research. We try to make sure that we are an encyclopedia, which reports on other sources, not a site where the first posting of an item is made. Is that any clearer? Please let me know. Regarding your request for information on this subject: During my service with the Committee, I did become familiar with this pistol; however, as I was not involved in such special operations for which it was designed, and as my personal interest and personal work (having worked as a gunsmith only within the United States) never fell upon it, I can not say that I have had direct experience with this weapon. I will, however, look into this, as it has now piqued my interest as well.
As for your query regarding my new assignment, I will, pending my pre-requisital examination, be working with a security detail for executive members of the Belarusian state authority. MVMosin 02:04, 31 March 2007 (UTC)
I am sorry, but I currently have access to no information which I would be comfortable disclosing. I am, however, still looking into the matter and will keep you updated. I have obtained access to two different models of the weapon, and will inform you of my findings. That being said, if I were yourself, I would not hold hopes on acquiring further background or historical details on the weapon.MVMosin 22:23, 3 April 2007 (UTC)
- I made some minor revisions to the PSS article some time ago, along with comments on the article's discussion page. Seeing as neither the edits nor the comments have been addressed by you, I want to make sure that you have seen them.
- On that note, I am researching this weapon every time that I have the time, and I have gotten a few bits of information on it. I don't know how much it will actually contribute to the article, but I will make note of it on the article's discussion page right now, so that you can comment on how to include it or expand upon it.
