Ah, my early days on Wikipedia, before I learned all the rules. I am ashamed of my behaviour regarding Carnac Island, but I'm not going to delete the criticism I received. It serves as a timely reminder of the importance of keeping one's own cool when editing Wikipedia. Assume good faith.!--Just James 00:46, 20 February 2007 (UTC)

Carnac Island
James, you've twice edited the above asserting that access can be made via bridges. I'm sorry, but last time I looked there were no bridges to Carnac Island. Please stop vandalising pages. -- I@n 14:50, 26 August 2006 (UTC)

- James. Please be civil. Calling other editors morons [1] is especially not clever when it is you who are wrong. I am wondering of you're getting Carnac Island confused with Garden Island, Western Australia. Have a nice day. -- I@n 15:34, 26 August 2006 (UTC)

- ALso if you have strong feelings, think first - all this stays in the system, once its on - in effect the second you put something on, its permanent, regardless of what you do, so when you put the message in the header it alerts all the recent change people - and they can be quite severe compared to Ian and self. If you have a comment, restrict it to the talk page, and when in doubt, think - is the other message trying to tell you something you havent thought about? Assuming good faith is a good way to start.
