[edit] Hello, WikiWorld...

I'm a long-time browser, wet-behind-the-ears editor. Why do I care about Wikipedia? The concept/implementation of NPOV and the constant update and revision; to paraphrase Tim Berners-Lee's seminal quote about the Internet and censorship, the Wikipedia community percieves POV and vandalism as damage, and immediately corrects it.

So far, so good...I've been working at reverting some of the vandalism from anonymous IP's.
