Important For some reason adding information on a company is not good hear, so until me company gets respectable amount of references or what not, I'm going to write this page. This page is intended to be a source of information, NOT a advertisement, Not a Press Release, and Not Spam. EGTv: Extra Good Tv.

EGTv was created in September of 2000, by Justin K Kazmierczak as a listed website on 4egtv.net. The website 4egtv.net was registered before that date but was not built till august of 200. EGTv was originally used to release general media information and as a testing ground for future products and insights Justin had. Unfortunately EGTv has not yet been able to make a huge mark on the U.S. economy.

Today EGT has a media broadcasting channel for free use of people with in buffalo. EGTv is planning on beginning its fall seasons with original content.

EGTv's fall season is going to include several sitcoms which have not be produced for major broadcast companies but produced for and by average filmmakers who share the same values of EGTv

EGTv doesn't have a simple Code of Ethics, but EGTv has one of the most unique broadcast policy. EGTv's broadcast policy includes a simplistic and strict rating system called "The Code of Air," a Archive Policy, and a Simple Agreement.

One of the most controversial system used in the broadcast/entertainment industry is EGTv's Code of Air. A strict code that defines what can and can not be aired, based on the content and its importance to the series.

The actual "Code of Air" (From the EGTv Website on May 28, 2008 10:39 AM EST)

You may not air unwarranted profanity, violence, racism, sexual context, adult humor, harmful humor, or unGodly spiritual context without an express and direct purpose. Each mark against you will result in 3 additional score to your ranking per minute. If at anytime your episode or broadcast exceeds a 30 or above, the episode or series will not air and you will not be refunded. You may not broadcast any form of unGodly sexual orientation, you may not broadcast any form of pornographic material, or you will receive an additional 30 score to your rank. This Code of Air is subject to modification for clarification purposes and applies to all broadcast content and is in effect at all times.

Each episode receives a Code of Air Rank and the Rank is shown before each broadcast, as well as the list of reason which grants this episode its rank. EGT monitors all of its channels live, and can stop airing the episode or broadcast at any time if it brakes the EGT Code of Air. The higher the rank the less likely an episode or broadcast is to be broadcasted. When the broadcast rank exceeds 31 points it is immediately prohibited until a full inquiry can be placed by the Code of Air judges.

For the sake of our viewers we allow an option for each episode and series to be archived on [youTube] and shown here [4egtv.net]. We also archive all of our Live broadcasts with no exception, weather or not it is our Live broadcast or someone else. Once we archive something and it is found to be against the Code of Air, the owner of the archived media will be fined a non refundable fee of $150,000. Don't worry you will not be archived if you have a ranking of 27 or higher, unless we [...] have express rights over that episode (thus you will not be charged).

EGTv Implements these policy through an automatic agreement, which states once you interact with EGTv on a professional basis (IE non customers but filmmakers, record labels, artists) the person automatically agrees to this policy. For legal purposes EGT warns its users on a daily basis theough its broadcast, and visible warnings on 4egtv.net (the companies website.)
