[edit] Projects
In case you were wondering, I was previously known on Wikipedia as User:Justen, but am now User:J. I've recently had a dilemma with trying to figure out a signature that is subtly distinct yet code light, so if you've been noticing that, thanks for your patience. Anyway, you can also find me on other Wikimedia Projects:

[edit] Stuff
I am very proud to be a native West Virginian.
I tend to ponder things (and, potentially, hence, I may contribute to articles) relating to information technology, business, and the like. My experience in this field tends to be related to project management, although my history in design and editing (I remember Aldus and Claris) has potentially bent my views relating thereto! I even remember (a whole seven years back) when Visio worked great on Mac.
That's all for now.
[edit] Contributions
I am particularly happy to have made contributions to...
Mount St. Mary's College
Marshall University
Kaiser Permanente
WiDEN

I've been a part of the wireless revolution for nearly seven years now.

The TouchPoint 2200 was nice, but it didn't last long, and I went with the very trusty Timeport instead. At the time, Sprint only had corporate coverage in the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia, so I lived in Southern West Virginia but had a distant number (and roamed on a Sprint affiliate).
Ntelos and West Virginia Wireless were both regional carriers. West Virginia Wireless had not been in business long, but I liked the concept.
My few weeks on Sprint again in late 2003 were amusing.
T-Mobile was then (and remains) my most pleasant wireless experience. I was responsible for my previous employer migrating their contract from Sprint to T-Mobile. My current employer somewhat prefers Nextel, and everything was generally pleasant until the Sprint acquisition. I was temporarily sheltered by Nextel Partners, but even their usually pleasant customer service is now showing signs of Sprint "quality."
I had two BlackBerry 7230s, since the first one slipped through the crevice between an elevator and the landing. I've only had one BlackBerry 7520, it having been ported from Nextel Communications to Nextel Partners.
T-Mobile, I have returned. UMA Palm, ALP-based, please.
