As far as I am aware, Elastica settled out of court in their copyright case, see for example [1].

Is there anything that verifies that she really dated Thom Yorke? I find it hard to believe - I've never heard anything to that effect whatsoever and searching around only turned up one other offhanded (and unsourced) mention. They're both rather high-profile musicians, so surely if this is true there's some definitive verification of it somewhere.
