[edit] Jurisdiction
"supreme courts (Cour de Cassation and Conseil d'État) act as cassation jurisdictions" IMHO we should say "court' to translate French "juridiction", rather than jurisdiction. Apokrif 19:20, 15 July 2006 (UTC)
This might be a good idea, particularly for the higher instances, but poses practical problems, e.g. how to distinguish between jurisdiction = Court and jurisdiction = authority to hear cases. Augusta2 (talk) 23:55, 9 December 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Language
Some doubtful terminology here. I think "over-age people" should be corrected to read "persons who have reached legal majority" or "persons of legal age" as opposed to minors. Augusta2 (talk) 23:58, 9 December 2007 (UTC)
