Quality = B
The article covers the person's academic contributions rather well, though the material is presented is very short (or nucleus level) extension. I feel that especially the cultural crossing part should be notably more elaborated. I found his books at Harvard University library and the cultural crossing concept was indeed academically very interesting.
The article does certainly provide a staring material and source list for someone interested in his works.
The article does not discuss very much his business career, though I believe that his business side is far less important internationally than his academic work.
Importance = Mid
The person's academic work is clearly important for cross-cultural management studies - or to organisational behaviour studies at a more general level - but the article is likely not to be very interesting for people outside these disciplines. (edit)
