Charles Larry "Justin" Lehr (born August 3, 1977 in Orange, California) is a pitcher for the Doosan Bears of the Korea Baseball Organization.

He was acquired by the Milwaukee Brewers after the 2004 season from the Oakland Athletics along with minor league outfielder Nelson Cruz in exchange for infielder Keith Ginter. Lehr has a career Major League ERA of 5.23 in 27 games, all of which came in 2004 for the Athletics, who selected him in the 8th round of the 1999 amateur draft.
On February 4, 2007, in his start for Mexico of the Caribbean baseball series, Lehr gave up 5 runs while only recording one out, giving him an ERA of 162.00
On May 24, 2008, Lehr's contract was sold to the Doosan Bears.
