Justin Kerr-Smiley

Justin Kerr-Smiley is a journalist for Associated Press Television News in London and author of the novel Under The Sun. Educated at the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne, he has reported from Northern Ireland, the Balkans and South America.
Under The Sun was published in 2007 by Reportage Press and is a novel set in the South Pacific during the closing stages of the Second World War. It is the story of the relationship between an RAF pilot who is shot down and taken prisoner, and the Japanese officer who is in charge of him.[1]
