He plays the role of Noah Jackson on the TV show The Latest Buzz, created by Decode Entertainment, airing on the Family Channel in March of 2008.He is a cool actor and is apt for the role of Noah. Justin Kelly impresses with his expressions and humor. The Latest Buzz show also airing on The Disney channel is a kids show which is entertaining and full of humor.The character Noah Jackson played by Justin is a cool guy who writes music articles for the magazine and has a crush on Rebecca.
