Justin Gage (born January 25, 1981 in Indianapolis, Indiana) is an American football wide receiver for the Tennessee Titans of the National Football League. He was originally drafted by the Chicago Bears in the fifth round of the 2003 NFL Draft. He played college football at Missouri.

Gage attended the University of Missouri - Columbia where he played both football and basketball. He was known as more of a scrappy player in basketball, once fouling out in the first half. In football, he was a star wide receiver.

Gage spent four years with the Chicago Bears, but signed with the Titans as a free agent following the 2006 season. In 2007 Gage tied for the Tennessee Titans lead with 55 receptions and led the team with 750 receiving yards. he took the number 12 so he could have the nickname 12 gage.
