Just a Song About Ping Pong is the third EP/single released by the Australian band Operator Please for their debut album Yes Yes Vindictive. It debuted at number 15 on the Australian ARIA Singles Chart before reaching its peak of 12. It has also received significant airplay throughout New Zealand and the UK. The song won an ARIA award for Breakthrough artist single.^{[citation needed]} There has been much conjecture over the meaning of the highly ambiguous lyrics;^{[citation needed]} for instance the fact that the subject of ping pong is not actually addressed in the song but when questioned, lead songwriter Amandah Wilkinson simply said "It really is just a song about ping pong — and crack cocaine".^{[citation needed]}

The song was featured in Season 4, Episode 16 of the show CSI: NY
