As ryan states, he is the photo editor for d3 mag, and should be able to label the image with whatever name he pleases, since he is the rightful owner of the image. I have therefore, removed the dispute template, since it is nonsense. --Tommosimmo (talk) 02:08, 23 December 2007 (UTC)--

Tommosimmo, thank you. I did change the copyright, though, to GDFL. Since my past work shows that on the Jack Skille page and after 1-2 years they are still there I thought I would match. --Ryanjcole (talk) 02:11, 23 December 2007 (UTC)
