Juris Silovs (born 30 August 1950) was a Soviet athlete who competed mainly in the 100 metres. He trained at VSS Varpa in Riga.
He competed for the USSR in the 1972 Summer Olympics held in Munich, Germany in the 4 x 100 metre relay where he won the silver medal with his team mates Aleksandr Kornelyuk, Vladimir Lovetsky and Valeri Borzov. He then returned for the 1976 Summer Olympics held in Montreal, Canada in the 4 x 100 metre relay where this time the team won the bronze medal with Aleksandr Aksinin, Nikolay Kolesnikov and Valeri Borzov.
