Juri Litvinov (born May 6, 1978 in Karaganda) is a Kazakhstani figure skater. He is a multiple national champion of Kazakhstan. He represented Khazakstan at the 1998 Winter Olympics, where he placed 28th. His highest placement at an ISU Championship was 15th at the 1999 Four Continents Championships. He made his World Figure Skating Championships debut in 1994 and his highest placement at that competition was 29th, which he achieved in 1996. He lived and trained in the United States from 1996 onward.
