Juqua Demail Parker (pronounced /juh-QUAY/) (born Juqua Demail Thomas on May 15, 1978 in Houston, Texas) is an American football defensive end for the Philadelphia Eagles of the National Football League. He was originally signed by the Tennessee Titans as an undrafted free agent in 2001. He played college football at Oklahoma State.

Parker originally attended Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College where he posted 29 sacks in two seasons & was named Southwestern Junior College Conference POY. He then transferred to Oklahoma State, earning third team All-Big 12 honors & playing in the East-West Shrine game his senior year after posting 57 tackles, 5 PBUs, & a team-leading 21 TFLs & 9.5 sacks.

Parker signed with the Tennessee Titans as a rookie free agent in 2001 and spent four years as a backup.

He was picked up by the Eagles in 2005 to serve a similar role, an in 2007 signed a long-term contract to remain with the team. Midway through the '07 season he was elevated to the starting lineup to replace an ineffective Jevon Kearse and was the team's starting left defensive end.
Parker currently has the second most sacks (including the postseason) in the NFL among undrafted players since 2006 (12.5). Only Adewale Ogunleye of the Chicago Bears has more (17.5).

On March 12, 2008, it was revealed that his last name had legally been changed from Thomas to Parker at the request of his father, who died in 2005.[1]
