I think that the article about Junior Civitan is worth including in an encyclopedia. It's an international organization. I know that it's on three continents, and I'm pretty sure that it has about 13,000 members. I'll keep expanding the article, and someone else can decide if it's notable, but I don't think that it should be deleted just because it doesn't have much on the page yet.
