Talk:June deportation
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
[edit] Commonly used name
Certainly it is not "commonly used" in the whole world. Please state specifically who uses this term. I assume baltic states. Please provide references. The same for March deportation. I guess you are not a novice contributor to wikipedia and must know the very basic rule Wikipedia:Attribution, especially for topics not commonly known or easily found in books. `'юзырь:mikka 00:59, 19 June 2007 (UTC)
- I believe "June deportations" would be a more correct name. See, for example:
- Human Freedom is Being Crushed: The Story of Deportations Behind the Iron Curtain
- Gender and War in Twentieth-century Eastern Europe
- Tartu in the 1941 Summer War
