Entry for the arrival of Statue of Liberty to New York harbor must have been duplicated (June 17 and June 19) - one is supposed to be a fallacy while another is true. --PuzzletChung

The Adamson Act, the first Federal act regulating hours, was passed in 1916. The evolution of the 8-hour day is better explained in the article, but there is no significant event chronicled for 1912.
