Junji Arias (Born Anthony Jame Jude Villegas Arias on August 5, 1976 at Makati City, Philippines.) He is the current vocalist and chief songwriter of Filipino rock band, Velcro.
He also works as a professional composer and does voice-overs and commercial jingles. Previously, he was a member of the largely-unknown band Excerpts, and formed Velcro in 2000 as an acoustic group together with Rivermaya drummer, Mark Escueta, and Excerpts lead guitarist, James Diaz. They were later joined by Bolichie Suzara on Bass and Alex Fidel on Drums for their debut album, "Ubod ng Lakas na Dikoryenteng Kombo". All 3 singles made top 10 in the Philippine charts. He is currently recording a solo album in Germany for worldwide release spring 2007.

Began his education at Colegio de San Agustin, but got into a lot of trouble growing up and went on to different high schools to finish, then to college at I/AME, majoring in Management/Economics. He began his singing career as a solo act at Ka Freddies in Tagaytay City in 1993 at the age of 17, after being discovered by international folk star, Freddie Aguilar. He released his first album under Warner Music Philippines with the band Excerpts in 1999 but started getting public recognition after the release of his independent album with Velcro in 2004 distributed by Viva Records.
