Jung Woo-sung is a South Korean actor. He was born on March 20, 1973.

He gave up studying to achieve his goal to be an actor. It made him to stop his studies and later he dropped from high school. But it was much concerned that he did not conceal it.[2]

He made his film debut in 1994 with The Fox with Nine Tails which is related to the legends of Korea -Kumiho, but two years later, he starred in the movie that made him a star in Korea, Beat. He played a high school dropout who struggles to survive and help his buddy, who has gone to work for the mob.

Other notable films include Musa, A Moment to Remember, Daisy, City of the Rising Sun and Sad Movie. Jung is also very popular in Japan and models often. In November of 2007 rumors speculated that he was dating Korean Kumdo champ Shin Ji Young.
