Jun Song (born July 19, 1975) was the winner of the CBS reality show, Big Brother 4. Although by no means liked by her housemates, Jun was complimented for having acute strategy and for that, the jury awarded her the $500,000 dollars. Prior to the show, Jun was an investment banker in New York, NY.

[edit] Big Brother 4

Early in the game, possibly due to being nominated by her, Jun identified Alison Irwin as her biggest threat. Instead of trying to eliminate Alison, Jun decided to ally herself with her. The two worked independently until they made an official alliance. Alison played a more tenacious, back-biting role, while Jun floated around and let the dirty work be done for her.

In a season entitled, The X Factor, Jun was probably the only person to make use of her ex coming into the house. Unlike the other housemates, who made enemies with their exes, Jun was able to initiate a successful unofficial alliance with her ex, Jee Choe. Jun took the fact that she knew Jee well enough to trust him in her favor. They were able to secretly help each other. In fact, they staged arguments to throw people off the scent.

In the final she was up against Alison. Both women were widely unpopular with the jury because they were considered the two most backstabbing and mean-spirited house guests. In the season finale, though, Jun won with a respectable 6-1 vote (Nathan being the only one who gave a vote to Alison.) The feeling was lukewarm, as each former housemate cast their vote, it was followed by a mark of disdain for their gameplay. Ultimately, Jun was considered to have played the better game because she floated around every alliance, doing her part and then moving on to another group whenever help was needed. She upheld deals and didn't alienate the group the way Alison had. She took home $500,000 for her victory.

During her time in the house, Jun gained 18 pounds in weight, because of her constant eating habits. She also won a HoH competition and was able to leave the house for a night to party at the MTV Video Music Awards in 2003.
