Don't initiate any kind of aggression against other users including through biting or uncivility. If someone vandalises your userpage, warn them and/or report them.
Individualism
Think about ideas critically and come to your own conclusions. Discussion is good.
Communalism
Wikipedia is a perfect example of the free, voluntary exchange of information on the Internet.
Community
The life-blood of wikipedia is consensus (quoted from somewhere).
Conclusion: you are participating in Wikipedia because you want to. There is a goal, keep it in sight.
