Juliusz Nowina-Sokolnicki (b. 1920) Polish politician, head of one of the two governments that claimed to be the successor to the exiled Polish government that fled to London in 1939 at the start of WWII. The legitimacy of his government is disputed. He is mostly known for establishing the Order of Saint Stanislaus.He also uses the titles of "Count" or "Prince" even though there is no record of any such titles for either himself or his family.
