Julius McClellan (born April 18, 1983 in Lakeland, Florida) is an American football wide receiver who is a practice squad player for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers of the National Football League. He was originally signed by the Carolina Panthers as an undrafted free agent in 2007. He played college football at North Carolina Central.
